Our team of experts deliver market leading technical support across our network of classic and digital inventory. Whether you see something that doesn’t look right, your oOh! screen is blank, or a bus shelter needs some attention, we’re here to help.
In most cases technical issues can be resolved swiftly from our Network Operations Centre, if the matter is more complex, we will ensure that our expert team are on site to assist as soon as possible.
FAQs
I can’t log on to the portal
Simply select “forgot password” to have a temporary password sent to your email address.
If you need access to a new site or need to update your details simply email [email protected] for further assistance.
My screen isn’t working
Simply email [email protected] with the following information:
- Your name
- Telephone number
- Location of the screen
- Details of the fault (e.g. screen blank)
In most cases technical issues can be resolved from our Network Operations Centre. However, if the issue is more complex, we will endeavour to get one of our expert team members out to site as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
I need to update my tenant directory or lift screens
Simply email [email protected] with the changes you would like made, in most cases these will be completed and live on the same day.
If you would like to manage your own tenant directory simply advise the team.
I need to report graffiti or damage to a roadside site or bus shelter
